Meet Our Dentist
Dr. Frazier is a Georgian through and through. Born in Brunswick, he lived most of his life in Monroe County in the little town of Bolingbroke. Dr. Frazier is a country boy at heart spending most of his childhood years working on dairy and horse farms. It was a horse training accident in 1993 that turned his focus toward the medical field. Many people helped him during the recovery from this accident and it was the care of these people that made him want to pursue a career where the work he performed would help change someone's life.
He graduated from Mary Persons High School, in Forsyth, GA. While at Mary Persons, Dr. Frazier earned a four year letterman in golf and three year letterman in football as well as being selected All-Region Kicker three years in a row. As a junior in high school, he started attending Gordon College in Barnesville, GA. After high school, Dr. Frazier finished his studies and graduated from Gordon College with an Associate of Science in Chemistry while earning Cum Laude Honors and finishing Top 10 in his graduating class.
While at Gordon College he was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. He then moved to Athens to attend The University of Georgia and, while working two jobs, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. While at UGA he was inducted into Alpha Epsilon Delta Premedical Honor Society and received numerous honors including Presidential Scholar, All-American Scholar, and numerous appointments to the Dean's List.
After spending a year traveling to visit his grandmother and other relatives in Europe as well as starting his own small business, Dr. Frazier entered the Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. As a senior dental student, he received the Delta Dental Student Leadership Award for promoting and performing Dental Health in rural Georgia. He was a member of the American Student Dental Association. He was also a member of the Student National Dental Association promoting, supporting, and encouraging a promising academic and social environment for minority dental students. He was involved and helped organize numerous outreach projects to local elementary schools as well as the Impressions Program to expose underrepresented pre-dental students to a career in dentistry.
He is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Frazier stays up to date on the latest dental technology through continuing education classes throughout the year, bringing the latest and greatest to Rochelle for implementation into his practice. Since graduation, Dr. Frazier has donated his time to working with the Georgia Baptist Mobile Ministry providing indigent care to hundreds of Georgia citizens.
Dr. Frazier was also made an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Georgia Regents University School of Dental Medicine in July 2013 and mentors students about practicing in rural Georgia. Dr. Frazier was also appointed an investigator for the Georgia Board of Dentistry in 2013. In July 2014, Dr. Frazier was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Georgia Baptist Mobile Health Ministry. Dr. Frazier is also Past President of the Rochelle Lions Club in 2016 and 2017 and is currently Chairman of the Board of the Wilcox County Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Frazier is very close with his family and still regularly visits and helps with the family business. His Mother and Father have been together for 37 years. Dr. Frazier also has younger brother who graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia. Dr. Frazier married his beautiful wife Jaimie in 2016 and has a son named Lane who was born in 2019. He loves to fish, hunt, play guitar, and make handmade knives.
